Creative projects can involve a lot of communication, scheduling and follow-up. Creative Project Management gives you the option to have Velvet Steele manage those practical details when you're working with videographers, photographers, designers or other creative collaborators.

You remain in control of the creative decisions. Velvet Steele takes care of keeping the agreed project organised and moving forward.

Creative Project Management is available for creative projects arranged through Velvet Steele.

£100 per month

The service covers one active creative project and 3 hours of project management per month.

Passing on agreed briefs and information

Following up on agreed deadlines

Following up on agreed deliverables and confirming they have been received

Keeping communication organised between you and your creative

How it works

The service is monthly and continues for as long as you need it. There is no long term commitment, and you can pause or cancel the service when your project is complete.

If you need project management again at a later stage, you can simply restart the service.

The 3 hour allowance provides a clear boundary around Velvet Steele's involvement, rather than something you need to monitor yourself.

Need additional project management?

If a project requires more than the 3 hours included in the monthly service, any additional work will be discussed with you before it is undertaken.

Additional project management: £40 per hour

Keeping things clear

You own the creative decisions. Velvet Steele coordinates the agreed direction.

If the direction of a project changes, the new direction can be agreed directly with your creative before Velvet Steele continues coordinating the project.
